Refund policy

*We do not accept changes or returns, without exception, as a responsible store we make sure that your order is sent without defects or errors, however we are not perfect, if we have sent a wrong product, we send a product with some error in the customization (caused by us ), we sent a wrong size (error caused by us) we are responsible for sending the correct and flawless product again, as long as the error was caused by us. We will send you a prepaid label and you must ship the product undamaged in the same package in which it was shipped to you. We will not make refunds or cancellations.
